I am back with another review and this time it is The Body Shop Vitamin E Gentle Face wash. I was
actually planning to buy Vitamin C Face wash but price held me back. Come on 1195
INR for a face wash, TBS has recently increased their prices. I think it’s costly
but even then i was ready to pay the price, then there was another factor, SA told me that though Vitamin C is meant for
all skin types but it suits oily skin more than dry skin and mine is dry skin
and due to winters my skin was bit more dry than usual, so after so much of thinking, this time when I dropped my visit
at TBS I picked up TBS
VITAMIN GENTLE E FACE WASH. No matter how many face washes I own I
always keep on buying new. At the moment I own close to 6-7 face washes. I
bought Vitamin E face wash in the month of Dec and I think I am ready for the
review. I have been using this Face Wash religiously.

Oh boy!!!This is so cute. It instantly draws yours attention
towards it. The tube comes in Baby Pink color with flip cover .Superb packing.
I totally adored it. You can carry it in your purse also.

MY TAKE ON THIS PRODUCT:
Well!!! I was actually facing problem with dry skin during winters so I
thought of giving it a try and am using it from past 3-4 months and it totally
amazed me.
At first when you will open the tube which is a soft plastic
tube, it smells like Johnson and Johnson baby cream (I personally don’t like
the smell) and when you will squeeze it, a baby pink color thick cream will
ooze out and when I applied that to my skin it was so moisturizing.
It gave a nice glow to my face. It doesn’t lather at all
which is actually good for dry skin people because SLS helps in lathering and
presence of it any soap, Face wash or Shampoo is actually not good because it
strips away all the oil from your skin.
It’s very creamy I must say and it will give you enough
moisturizing.
Since, it also helps in removing make up but when ever you
use it as a makeup remover don’t wash your face with it. It will not help. Just
take a little amount of it on cotton ball and start wiping your Face. It will
remove every inch of your makeup from the face.
HOW TO USE ACCORDING TO TBS:
Wet the face with clean water. Squeeze a small amount from
the tube and rub together between your palms to create lather. Massage onto the
face and neck using your fingertips. Rinse off with clean water and pat skin
dry.
FINAL VERDICT
YAY:
- It is very moisturizing since it is Cream based face wash.
- As the name says it’s truly very gentle.
- Not tested on animals.
- Paraben Free.
- Best suited for Dry skin.
- Travel Friendly.
- Very Gentle.
- Helps in removing Makeup
- It will at least last for 4-5 months. So I think its worth.
- Requires a small quantity.
- Gives nice glow to Face.
NAY:
- Hmmmm….Actually nothing.

penny.
